TERM & CONDITIONS:

When you book Cajun Stays, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The primary renter must be present throughout the rental period, and proxy rentals are strictly prohibited. Check-in, check-out dates, and the number of guests must be strictly followed. The property is strictly non-smoking, and smoking inside the units will result in a $200 fine. Only one vehicle per rental unit is allowed for parking, and parking is solely at the renter’s risk. Pets are not allowed. Renters must keep the property, furnishings, and appliances in good order and condition. They must follow all signage on the property, and children must have adult supervision on balconies and in the swimming pool. The primary renter is responsible for each guest or guardian and any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in residence. Guests assume all risk of injury or other loss resulting from recreational activity and will hold the owner harmless. Owners cannot be held responsible for acts of neighbors or natural disasters. Refunds or adjustments of rental fees will not be made for any of the above conditions.

By booking a rental unit from Cajun Stays, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, follow the rules, and accept the consequences described if you break them. This agreement takes effect when you make your reservation and expires upon relinquishment of the rental unit. The amount of your first payment is dependent upon how close your check-in date is to your booking date. Changes to your reservation made more than 30 days prior to your check-in date may be allowed at the sole discretion of Cajun Stays. You agree to comply with the property’s rules, including quiet hours, and all local noise regulations. You are responsible for insuring your personal items and those of any occupants and people you invite to your rental unit. You agree to be held liable for damage to your rental unit and its contents that occur during your stay, excluding normal wear and tear. The rental unit and common areas are to be used for residential purposes only, and no commercial, industrial or retail activity can be conducted. When your reservation expires, you agree to vacate the rental unit voluntarily and peacefully, leaving it clean and in good condition. Some things are out of Cajun Stays’ control, and they won’t issue refunds for them.
